Wicked/Son of a Witch and Time Hollow

So the first day I spent with my relatives in Crockett I managed to complete two things:

Wicked and Son of a Witch by Gregory Maguire
First thoughts: Really the only reason I wanted to read it was due to how all my friends seemed to like it so I thought I would give them a chance.
Conclusion: I liked how it started off in the present and jumped to the time before Elphaba was born. The story is really interesting however it seems like at times things that should be explained aren't always well or not at all. Wicked was an interesting read due to seeing the different point of view and Son of a Witch was a really nice continuation. I don't like how it seems no one is allowed a happy ending though but it does also developed nicely like that. I also must say the ending to Son of a Witch is wonderful. I really enjoyed how that one kept going back and forth slowly telling Liir's story. The only thing that threw me off was the sudden love interest between Liir and Trism as well as Candle's pregnancy; they just seemed kinda of weird though I did enjoy it. I actually really want to pick up the 3rd one though it is kind of an unusual read. 8.5 out of 10.

Time Hollow
First thoughts: I had seen a little on this game and thought it looked interesting. I enjoyed how at the start it develops how time is and shortly shows how it changes causing the story to start its motion.
Conclusion: I greatly enjoyed this story but that might also be to the fact that I adore paradoxes. The story is good and I like how the game play works. The only thing is it can be a little hard to figure out where to go sometimes to get the little things you need. I really enjoyed this game til the end and I also liked that it was a pretty quick play. The only thing that kind of confuses me is the scene after the credits. I liked it but it only seemed to open up more questions. I think this is a must try game. It reminded me of Phoenix Wright in some ways (minus the court) but that may only be me. 9 out of 10.

God of War Collection and Indigo Prophecy

God of War I & II Collection
Though I had played the first one before I got to play the first and second one on the PS3. I had loved the first one and now that I've played the second I like it too. The story is entertaining; its fun see all of the portrayals of Greek mythology. I also do adore Kratos' character though its silly how much the man yells. I also still want to know why you would deny him anything if you know of all he has done. The only thing that kinda bothers me is sometimes the battling can be extremely annoying. Also I think its funny how the videos from the first one Kratos is Zeus' son and yet in 2 at the end he doesn't find that out til the end of it. Also how there was a video on him having a brother and that boy wanting revenge yet they never mention it again. I can't wait for the 3rd one to be released. 9 out of 10.

Indigo Prophecy
This was a game I had tried a demo for long ago but kind of forgot about it. The first half of this game is awesome and fun. The characters are cool (the black guy a little extreme though with his funky music and clothes) and the story is really good. However once you get about halfway the story just drops. I don't know if its true that they had run out of money or not but the last hour or so of the game just gets stupid. Its a good game to try but there are better games out there. 7 out of 10.

Behind a Little

Ok so I've neglected the blog for awhile and have a few updates:

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll
Alice was a kinda interesting read but it was also really strange and weird. Alice is a really interesting little girl but at times she seems too smart for her age then others not smart enough. Also both of them got so confusing since it was actually done more like a dream you don't quiet remember all of. I think its definetly something everyone should try to read since is pretty good and a pretty quick read. 8.5 out of 10.

The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien
First thoughts: I had kinda wanted to read this series but never cared enought to try however since I finally got the chance started The Hobbit. It was pretty fast getting started and seemed interesting.

Conclusion: Overall I really enjoyed the book though I wouldn't say it was my favorite. Bilbo was just so much fun. The only thing I had problems with was all the dwarfs and there names; especial since they were all so similar. However the characters were all cool until then end. Then I wanted to kill most of the dwarfs. I'm working on the actual trilogy now but I might just do them all as one. 9 out of 10.

Ninja Assassin
First thoughts: When I saw the trailer I was too interested but I thought I still give it a chance since several of my friends wanted to see it. I thought it may be good just not my kind of movie.

Conclusion: I was kinda right. The story was pretty good and I liked the bits of romance they had in it. But it was one of those movies where the human body has like 100 liters of blood. The characters were well developed and the story itself was pretty good. I liked all of the little twist they had in it. It actually wasn't quite as predictable as most movies I've watched. 8 out of 10.

Black House and Brutal Legend

Black House by Stephen King and Peter Straub
First thoughts: I'm not to the 3rd chapter yet but I'm having problems staying focused with it. It seems to have a very slow start as well as flipping through a little it seems Jack doesn't make an appearance to the chapter 3.

Conclusion: Although it took awhile to get into it I loved this books. Especially since I had ready a little of Dark Tower and the short story in one of the collections. The story was slow but awesome. The only thing I disliked was the characters I liked who died. I adored Henry and Jack along with Breezer. Mouse and Doc were pretty cool too though. It seems like there's going to be a 3rd one and if there is I will be excite to read it. 9.5 out of 10.

Brutal Legend
First thoughts: It seemed like a pretty sweet game just from the demo. I loved how you could select censorship in the game. The characters seemed pretty cool too.

Conclusion: The overall story is good and I did like the twists in it. I LOVED the music in it and it made it all the better that Superbeast -Rob Zombie was in it near the final battle. Really the only thing that bothered me was the 'break-up' because of how much it was like "I'll never betray you; I'll always believe you" then its like nope don't care. I also loved the second half of the games enemies. I really do want to play this game for myself one day and try to get all the stuff in it. 9 out of 10.

Paranormal Activity:
First thoughts: I hadn't really seen much about it and when it first started it seemed slightly interesting but more boring than anything.

Conclusion: Even though I thought it was boring I did enjoy the movie. However the characters are both annoying and stupid. The girl is too stuborn to try to get ride of her problem and believes everything will make it worse unless you ignore it while the guy is so amused by it that he wants to do everything and anything he can to it. It did have plenty of scares though most of them didn't bother me (except the last one) however it was fun listening to all the screams of the other people in the theater. I actually would like to get this movie when it comes out to observe all the other little things in the movie as well as any extras. 9 out of 10.

The Talisman and Oldboy

The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub
First thoughts: I still adore Stephen King and since I had bought Black House a while back I was determined to finish this one in order to read the 2nd one. The story seemed pretty well and right off I enjoyed the story. It seemed really entertaining even at the start. I couldn't wait to see how the story unfolded.

Conclusion: The story was super. I enjoyed all the details (though near the end I spaced out a little bit) and how his journey went. The characters were all super great (even in there evil ways). I was on the edge of my seat reading it is really the best way to describe. I can't wait til I get to finish the 2nd one. 9.5 out of 10.

Oldboy
First thoughts: From the summary it seemed like a movie I would kind of like full of action and adventure as the main character tried to get his revenge. I thought, though maybe not my favorite, I would enjoy this movie.

Conclusion: The story itself was good, however it was extremely weird and not in a good way. The characters were pretty well developed though the girl was just annoying. It was also fun to watch the fight scenes they had. However it got weird as it revealed the reason to his imprisonment. I guess it just seemed like a really stupid reason.

I understand the villians sister killed herself due to the rumor. What bothers me is he blamed the main guy for just happening to see him and his sister having sex and told ONE friend a little about it and said not to tell anyone. Then that friend spread the rumor that she was a slut to EVERONE while the main guy wasn't even in the same area anymore.

(END SPOILERS)

Really it just didn't seem logical to me. I did kind of like the ending and I saw the twist at the start however they did lead away from it. I guess part of me dislikes all the incest in it but that isn't what makes me dislike the movie itself. 5 out of 10.

Da Vinci Code

The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown:
First thoughts: I'm at about the halfway point I really enjoyed it. The only thing is sometimes it goes into a whole lot of dept on some things. It also can be confusing deciding what is actual fact and what is fiction. I was also proud of figuring out what the numbers had in common.

Conclusion: I absolutely adored this book. The story was great and the characters well done and extremely likable. However they could be annoying when solving some of the codes. I think its funny how long it took them to do a simple one yet the complex one took them like 2 seconds. However, I enjoyed trying to solve some of the code myself. The twist about the Teacher was kinda confusing (not like "What" but "How's that possible?"). Also I want to yell "Who's side are you on!?" to the police chief. It made sense once they really explained it though. Hopefully I can eventually read more of his books since I enjoyed this one a whole lot. 9.5 out of 10.

Dark Cloud and Batman Arkham Asylum

I finally got through one of my many games. Dark Cloud was a decent game however I wouldn't ever want to play through it again. The story was okay; it wasn't as exciting as it could have been. I know it an earlier PS2 game but voices would also have helped my interests. As for the characters... they also weren't very interesting. Some of the designs were neat they just barely had personality. But I do love the Moon People. I did, however, greatly enjoy building the cities. I only hope the 2nd one fixed what was lacking in this one. 7 out of 10.

I actually forgot about Batman: Arkham Asylum. I watched Xeno play it and really enjoyed it however was sad I have only got to play the demo. But once I get the money I plan to actually buy it and try to get all the trophies and such. Anyway the game is awesome. I love how they had so many Batman villians in it (even if I don't know that many) and all the bios. The gameplay was awesome too. Though I kept thinking Splinter Cell due to Batman's stealth. I really hope there will be a second one soon with more of the villians in it.

Zombieland, Harper's Island, Behind the Mask

Zombieland was a super awesome movie. It was better than I would have thought it would be. The story was well done and humorous yet it wasn't a really stupid humor. The characters were fun. The only character I didn't adore as much was Little Rock. Tallahassee was just great, him and his silly Twinkies. I really want to get this movie when it comes out! 9.9 out of 10.

Harper's Island was a really good series that I'm kinda sad I didn't watch as it aired. However the end absolutely sucked (they killed my favorite couple!). I like it but considering only four people really survived it was annoying. Plus I still want to know why some of them were so stupid....

Why would you not question someone when their brother was just slaughter and they had scratches ALL over themselves and when questioned they say they can't remember how they got them. PLUS he had blood splatter all over his face but they don't seem to find that the least bit weird!

They did good and the characters for the most part were awesome its just a typical slasher series. 9 out of 10.

Behind the Mask... I... don't know what to say about this movie... It sucked. I still have no clue why you would follow a guy who is going to be the next Jason or Mike Myers and NOT call the cops. Instead they laugh... and act stupid... Now it did get better when the twist finally occured but it was slightly predictable. I think the real problem was it's a stupid idea for a movie. 5 out of 10.

Ok so I'm still not updating quite as much as I should but anyway:

Pride and Prejudice was a really good movie though I really didn't remember the book. The only things I had remember was I didn't care a great deal about the novel and that the characters were Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. However I really enjoyed the book. Elizabeth was a typical rebellious girl who was lovable and Mr. Darcy (though kinda stalker-ish) was so sweet. It really makes me wish guys still acted like they did then (you know that whole opening doors for the ladies and standing when they leave the table or enter the room). Even the villains were fun yet evil. I actually can't figure out how someone managed to make a zombie version of the book though.... 9 out of 10.

Still Life 2 was a great disaster. The first one had such a grand story and a great cliff hanger but the 2nd game just blew it off. I did enjoy how you got to see the story from both points of view but Hernandez seemed to be more in the Saw movies than anything else. Really this game just seemed to be a Saw rip-off (I haven't seen them but even I agreed with that). Also they keep hinting at the past then go back to the present. By the time you find out about the past you don't really care because it just seems to be all stupid. Plus Vic somehow managed to gain a fear of fire yet when they show the reason it doesn't seem to be such a big deal. I mean I would be kinda scarred but not fear it like it is planning to attack me. Overall it just sucked.... Plus I still want to know how you walk outside down some stairs and NOT notice like 5 corpses on the ground. 5 out of 10.

I managed to finish Only Revolutions by Mark Z. Danielewski. Though it can be hard to follow at times (ok most of the time) it was extremely fun to ready. Like House of Leaves it kept me greatly entertain mostly due to finding all the little things it hides but I'll leave those at the end. The characters were really entertaining and fun it just hard to follow the wording at times. I wouldn't probably ever dub this book a great awesome story due to how confusing it can be yet it's so enjoyable to read and note all the little things in it. 9 out of 10.
I noticed for the most part and what others have pointed out:

Hailey always had gold 'revolutions' (0,O, and o) while Sam had green. However around the half way mark the colors combine yet are opposite each others story.
Hailey had her plants in bold and Sam his animals. Also as the animals start to die the bold black text fades to grey as well as at the end of their story the animals appear in Hailey's and vise versa.
There are 360 pages (revolution) however I didn't notice that there were 360 words per page and 36 lines per page. Also the numbers revolve around if you flip the pages. Also each section is 8 pages long, which on its side would be ∞ (circle being infinite and all that fun stuff) or theres the possiblity of it being a twisted O (representing the flipping back and forth).
Creep or The Creep is always in purple.
Then there are some words spelled funny: allways, allso, feer. Along with capitalization: Them and US.
The stories tend to mimic each other slightly but at times just barely being different at times: "afster and faster" vs. "faster and afster".
Another neat things is if you looked at one page with a "Leftwrist ____ Twist" that same line would be on that same page yet opposite story. However the pattern is broken near the end when Leftwrist is on the page twice.
There also tended to be opposite genders in each story. However the few actual names tend to be spelled differently each time.
The sections end on opposites pages. So if you look at the bottom page of and new section you will see one of the other stories new section. Also if you take the first letter of each section you get HAILEY AND SAM AND... creating a loop

Ok so yea.. I've been lazy with this but that's not too surprising.

I few days a- about a week or so ago I went and saw District 9. I still can't complete say how I thought of this movie. In someways it was super cool yet in others annoying. I think really the only reason it annoyed me was because I knew that is most probably what would happen if a situation such as aliens taking refuge on Earth. Mostly it was just how the main guy would act all concerned for the aliens then hate them and repeat. The characters were interesting though; I really loved the little alien. 8.5 out of 10.

K-On was a super cute anime that I really wish there was more of. The characters were so fun and cute. I just adore Mio though I also like Mugi. This anime also made me want to play the keyboard more as well as learn to play the guitar and violin I have. I also adore the ending theme. The story was so cute and fun as well. I really hope they eventually make another season of it or release the manga here. 9.5 out of 10.

One of my friends also had us watch Little Nemo. It was really good though childish (not surprising though) and I really missed it (I had to have seen it when I was little) however it's one of those movies when you watch it when you're older you realize how stupid people are. 8 out of 10.

I also somehow managed to finally beat Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne. It was a really good game but it didn't have a whole lot of story to it when playing. I did love though that Dante was in it (I got him) and I was happy because I actually managed to get all the Magatama which was slightly bad. Due to that I had to fight the boss after the final one and (I had a guide up to see about how much HP the bosses had) saw that I need to be higher of a level then I was. It didn't take long to beat him though (first try at 79 second at 81 and beating him. I did enjoy the True Demon ending I just wish there was more story throughout the game. 9 out of 10.

The Longest Journey was another game I got to see through, and since we played it after we beat Dreamfall (several years ago) we were confused with the sequel. The game itself was quite fun and however the dialog was so long and boring that we mostly skipped it. It was also hard to take some of it seriously due to the graphics of that time. However I absolutely love April and Crow. 8 out of 10
As for Dreamfall: The Longest Journey I liked it but after playing the first one it only seemed to ask more questions than answer. I still adored the game as much as I did the first time through it however April became more of a bitch in it. Crow, however, was still lovable. The story (minus the prequel) was well done though I am mad there isn't a new one in the series yet. 9 out of 10.

Also there was Post Mortem, another pretty good game. I like this one but like with Longest Journey, I preferred the sequel to it. I liked the super natural elements and all it just seemed less interesting. Maybe its because overall the murders weren't quite so active and you didn't really know what exactly happened to the other victims. I couldn't help but laugh at the accents they had on the names though. 8.5 out of 10.
Like Dreamfall, Post Mortem made us want to replay Still Life. I forgot so much of this game and it was really fun to go through again. I loved the story and how it was done; it was so much fun to investigate the murders and I loved the spooky element it had to it. Plus I liked the forensics in it. 9.5 out of 10.

Code Geass: Suzaku was a pretty good manga but quite confusing when you try to read it, Lelouch and Nunally at the same time. I'm not really all sure what to say about it. The story was pretty good and the characters good yet extremely annoying at times however the ending felt really rushed. 8.5 out of 10.

Well I've managed to get this far though I feel like sleeping now.

Ok so I've been completely out of it due to work... I haven't felt like doing much of anything and have kinda neglected everything. So lets see if I can remember what I've done.

AR tonelico 2: Though I didn't quite get 100% I got pretty close; all the Reyvateils are finished I just needed to beat Raki those 15 times (14 more...) and didn't feel like leveling up and fighting the glitch. Overall I really enjoyed the game. The characters were fun and cool (Love Cloche and Jacqli) I just got annoyed at Luca and her "I was poor so I suffered more!!!" once you have to pick your path. The story itself was good too though the twists were a little obvious. One thing I liked more about 2 was how you couldn't really miss any of the song magic like you could in 1. However I prefered the fighting system of 1 over this one. However I think those who liked the first one would probably like this one as well. 9 out of 10.

Darkness: It was a better movie than what I expected. It was a tad confusing at times but overall I liked it. The characters were a little lacking: the mother completely stupid, the father a complete asshole, the son just kinda there, and the daughter brilliant... until the end... then completely stupid as well. The story itself was relatively simple and good it just didn't seem to explain a lot of the little details that I'd like to know such as how all the children were exactly killed/what they went through. I guess the best way to describe it was it may have been a little shorter than it should have been. What I loved most though was the end, mostly due to that it isn't the typical American happy ending. 8 out of 10.

Disgaea and Lucky Star

I finally managed to finish Disgaea: Hour of Darkness after probably 2 years... Ok so more I stared it 2 years ago and haven't touched it since I got to the final boss and lost. For the most part Disgaea is a pretty good game. The characters are super loveable and there is always something humorous going on. I also thought it was neat how you could make so many minions. Though its one of those games I'll probably never getting around to unlocking them all and I definetly won't ever reach the max level. The gameplay was also fun however after awhile it got annoying. Due to how its designed it isn't very easy to level up either. That's probably what annoyed me most because I wasn't quite a high enough level to beat him and it took too much time to level up. Somehow though I finally managed to beat him. However the ending (at least for the PS2 version) was a little lacking. I only liked it because I already knew what happened but they didn't really show it. Overall its a fun game but not for long periods of time if you ask me. 8 out of 10.

I also have finally seen all of Lucky Star. Even though it is a random series for the most part I adore it. I still have yet to decide which character is my favorite because they are all so lovable. I was so sad when it finally ended though I must say I liked how they incorporated the opening with they last episode. Also I adored Lucky Channel as well as how the first half of the series had the endings of other series and then that guy singing... sadly I can't remember his name exactly right now. This really is a must see, or at least try to see, series. 9.9 out of 10.

Eternal Moon by Rebecca York was a pretty good book but it seemed like it was a book that wasn't as long and descriptive as it should of been. The characters were interesting but not as developed as they could have been and in most romance novels I read it is kind of a love at first site thing but even this seemed to fast. I'm not sure if I'll but the rest of this series but it is worth a try. 7.5 out of 10.

Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones was a lot more interesting then I thought it would be. It was so intereting to read about though the beginning and ending seemed a tad rushed. All of the characters were so fun to read about and Howl was just so fun even if he did seem to be a bit of a brat. About the only thing that bothered me was how Sophia instantly gave up acting her original age (I know that's how her character is but it's still annoying). Last Tuesday I thought about getting the Anime but didn't so now the next time I can I will. 9 out of 10.

SMT: Digital Devil Saga II... it was fun to play and interesting. However that game didn't have a whole lot of story when it came down to it. It was more fight, fight, fight, heres a little story, then fight a heck of a lot more. Even though I enjoyed the game the ending was so boring and the final boss cutscene was lame. The boss himself was interesting but... there just didn't seem to be much of angry to him or anything. It was just like "Hi we're here now do as we say. Oh you want to fight? Ok" Overall it was a good game but not the best of stories. 8.5 out of 10.

Like the previous novels in this series I absolutely adored it. Vanda is so much fun. The story was so great and I'm happy that Vanda actually did something kinda stupid but it was helpful instead unlike it usually turns out. I can't wait for the next novel to read Robby's story! 9.5 out of 10.

Secret Life of a Vampire

I managed to finish another book at work today: Secret Life of a Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks. God I still love this series. As with the previous books the characters are just so fun and I can't decide which ones I like the most. Though I love Phineas and how he calls the police the "Po-po". I never imagined it'd be like that in a book. The story is great though Lara need to be slapped a little bit and so does Conner. Over all I loved this book and it makes me still adore the series. 9.5 out of 10.

Bound by Shadow and All I Want...

So by some miracle I've managed to finish 2 books this week (one in less than 24 hours). But that's thanks to having to work by myself and not having anything else to do.

The first book I finished was Bound by Shadow - Anna Windsor. It may have been because I read it last instead of first but I didn't like this one quite as much as Flame and Light. It was good though it just took a slower time starting... no that's not quite right, it was too fast. True in most romance novels I read its love at first sight but this seemed bazaar. The first half more just bothered me a little while the second half was fun again. Overall it was good like the others but I just don't like Riana as much as Cynda and Merilee. 8.5 out of 10.

The second novel I read was All I want for Christmas if a Vampire - Kerrelyn Sparks. I forgot how much I loved this series and this made me so happy. I love all the humor it has in it. The characters just always seem so fun and lovable. Well... except the villain but that's kinda expected. Like the previous ones I can't wait to read more of the series though I'll be said not to read as much about the old characters. 9.5 out of 10.

Skeleton Crew and first 4 books of Cirque Du Freak

I finished two little things over the past few weeks but there isn't too much to say about them.

The short stories of Stephen King's Skeleton Crew were mostly pretty cool, there was a few I didn't care for though however I can only think of There Might Be Tiger right now. Over all it was a fun read and as soon as I'm done with my... 4 romance novels I'll start reading Just Past Sunset. 8.5 out of 10.

I'm not actually going to say much about Cirque Du Freak by Darren Shan yet since its more series like and I'm lazy. So far it has been a nice read, especially since its a pretty quick one too. But book 4 has one of those mean endings that just makes me want to read the rest of it. I actually can't wait to see the movie and read the manga of it to see how it follows the novel.

Echo Night: Beyond

Echo Night: Beyond was a pretty fun game considering it was a rather quick play through. However it wasn't very easy to find everything you needed without a walkthrough. The concept of setting the ghost free was pretty cool but it got a little annoying at times. The problem was that there was that it did focus a lot on the story. It seemed to just concern the ghost of the people at the place more than the main story and finding Claudia. Then when you finally get to the end (if you don't get all the ghost) its like the game just ends with no real solution or anything. The game is a lot better when you get the true ending due to the twist but there should still be a pretty good conclusion without doing that. Its a pretty good game but I could never imagine playing it again. 7.5 out of 10.

Oh my I've actually completed reading another series in the same week~! *cough* Anyway Black Cat was a superb series. The action was fun (though sometimes a little confusing) and all the characters were cool... however they had a habit of introducing characters and then kinda forgetting them. But it was a really great series I just don't know what else to really say about it. 9 out of 10.

Also I find it funny how similar Black Cat's and Trigun's final volumes are (Slight spoilers):

Vash by the end of the series has black hair; Train's hair is black due to the ink. Then both Knives and Creed have the non colored hair in the manga style.
Both Vash and Train refuse to kill even when it comes to the final battle.
Both Knives and Creed are psycho and have lots of minions.
In both battles the good guys lose pretty badly for awhile.
Both Vash and Train see the ghost of the woman they cared for (both black hair) and in a way they help them.

I finally completely finished the Trigun manga series. Although this was a series I found a little hard to follow (not by story but by the action) I still enjoyed it. I really hope they are going to do the same with Trigun as they did with Hellsing and FullMetal Alchemist; re-release the series following the manga. It would be a little easier to follow that way. Hopefully if I have time I'll read this series through again since really... I don't remember all that happened from volume to volume due to the time between each release. But this is still one of my favorite series thanks to the story and wonderful characters. 9 out of 10.

I actually somehow finished xxxHOLiC: AnotherHOLiC by Nisioisin in 3 days more or less. The thing about this book is I can't think of much to say. The first two stories in it were pretty good and interesting. Really it was just like a typical chapter of the novel just a tad more confusing at times. As for the third story: I don't think I've ever felt so much hate to any character before as I did that one. It took a lot to keep reading it because the guy just bothered me so much. Plus he was such a hypocrite... When it comes down to it all I can say is I prefer Nisioisin's Death Note novel over this one by a long shot. 8 out of 10.

My Immortal Promise

So I actually finished another book. My Immortal Promise by Jen Holling was a super novel. True it had moments where the characters could be a tad annoying but it was needed to develope them better. Both Hannah and Drake were fun to read about. They just seemed a little on the confused side when it came to each other which was a little annoying at times. Also, I love the priest in it. I also had problems remember what had happened in the previous book so it was a slight bit confusing because of my lack of memory. However the book explained enough to refresh my memory after a while. The story itself was great though it seemed to end a little too quickly. Its like she ran out of time to right it so just came up with something that would take less pages. The story is still good however. It is a really good romance novel and I can't wait for more if there is any.9 out of 10.

Prince of Persia

So somehow, not only did I beat another game within like a week, I actually beat it in less than 12 hours and with less then 100 saves from Elika. Prince of Persia is probably one of the few games I've gotten a lot of the acheivements in on my first go. It was extremely fun and I realized how much I missed this series (I played the first one and half the second). I love how fast paced the game is to get from one point to another. The only thing that I didn't like quite so much is sometimes the fighting seemed to slow everything down from the typical fast pace. That aside, the story was actually pretty good. It was fun watching the... uh prince thief guy to interact with Elika. Some of the conversations were just great. However I would love to hit the two with something due to the ending. It reminds me of Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly and the hell you go through in that game just to get a stupid normal ending. Really though it is a fun and entertaining game. I can't wait for the next one and I hope they tell more about the prince. 9.5 out of 10.

Half-Life 2 and Run Fatboy Run

Wow I've actually updated again... *cough* anyway I somehow managed to finish all of the Half-Life 2 (both Eps too) and watched Run Fat Boy Run but I've been distracted by My Immortal Promise (yes I'm actually reading) and Prince of Persia which I adore so far.

Now as for Half-Life 2: the game was fun and entertaining. It actually had a pretty good story but maybe its because I haven't played the first one but... it was kind of confusing. The end of the first one of 2 was just mind blowingly confusing for me. Well I understood it but I didn't get why. As for the end of Episode 2; Noooooo why'd it end! I really wish there were more to play but there isn't. I would go into dept about characters but... Alyx is the only one who seemed really with a personallity. I mean the only really characters you see a lot of if her and Dog, slightly her father and even less of Judith. I did love the characters though. I also enjoyed having a mass amount of weapons to pick but they kept taking away my uber gravity gun. Well even if the story is super I can't wait for the next one to come out to continue the story. 8.5 out of 10.

Run Fatboy Run wasn't a movie I had really planned on watching. Xeno and I just happened to see it on after we looked to see what other movies Simon Pegg played it (I've learn his name woo~). It didn't really seem like a movie I'd like from the title but it actually was pretty good and cute.
It was a tad cliche with the whole (spoilerish)

man likes woman who he had son with but she has the perfect boyfriend that she plans to marry said man, but man isn't what he seems to be so she dumps him and slightly goes back to her ex.

But really it was good. The characters were well designed and the movie was funny. I adored the kid; he just seemed to always make the perfect "Do I look like I really care?" looks. I think I might actually try to watch even more of Simon Pegg's movies because he really is a good actor. 9 out of 10.

Well now that I've actually updated this I'm going back to playing Prince of Persia. Hopefully I'll finish it soon.

Bound by Light, Sleepy Hollow and Hot Fuzz

So I actually finished several things in the past few days somehow so I get to update this a little bit more today.

I actually finished reading something! And part of me wishes I didn't because there is no more to the Dark Sisterhood trilogy. True I do have the first one left to get and read, but there aren't anymore after it. Bound by Light was super. Even though I read it over a long period of time and was doing other things while reading it I greatly enjoyed it. Jake and Merilee are just so much fun together and its great that Jake isn't a little baby like another similar named character is *coughJacobcough*. And even though he is a demon or um part I'm not really sure, and is leery of hurting his loved ones, he doesn't mope about it and try to force his loved one away from him especially when she states that makes her made like another annoying baby of a character *coughEdwardcough*. I loved this story so much. The romance was great but it actually wasn't the only focus of the story. The main story with the demon after Merilee and the Keres was awesome. Though now I'm wanting to draw a Keres. Romance fans will probably love this one. 9.5 out of 10.

I also finally watched Sleepy Hollow. Due to this I have concluded I adore Tim Burton films and they are even better if Johnny Depp is in them. Now first off, don't get me wrong and think I'm a fangirl of Depp; I do love him but for his works not his looks. Though he isn't really bad looking either. Um anyway, I know that this doesn't really follow the story by Washington Irving but I actually liked this better than the basic for the novel. I liked that it wasn't just a hoax like I think it was in the novel (I haven't read it just read about it). The characters were well done, I just adored Ichabod and Katrina. They were so much fun. Depp and Ricci did a good job of acting out there parts. I also loved how most of the CGI was really well done, especially considering its a '99 film. The Horseman was awesome. I loved the was Christoper Walker looked in his costume. Also something I must compliment on is the sets. All of them were just awesome and it was even better to see the Behind-the-Scenes part on the DVD we rented. I really would love to add this movie to my collection and watch it again. 9.5 out of 10.

I also saw Hot Fuzz. Now I did slightly watch this a while back but I didn't really pay attention to it. But it was playing constantly (on FX I think but didn't really check) and saw it a few times this week. I liked Shawn of the Dead and liked that the two main guys were the ones from it so I was kinda excited to watch it. I actually adore those two and they did a good job on their roles. Even though they were humorous in the whole thing they didn't have too much humor that it made the seriousness seem unimportant. The whole story actually was tied together really well and like I said, it was actually a rather serious movie. The mystery was pretty good too, though now I want to shoot anyone who says "The greater good". Also I must say... I loved the swan. Its great that it actually had more of a role than being an escapee. 9.5 out of 10.

Well now that I've done that I'm not sure what to do now.... part of me wants to read My Immortal Protector but another part of me wants to finish (or try to) Half-Life 2 Episode 2. Then another just wants to laze about...
Also, sorry about the slight Twilight hate. It is actually a moderately good story its just, for all those fans out there: if you were to read a different, not teen vampire romance novel, you'd see it isn't as great as so many think. The story is good, but the characters seem more annoying (except a few) than lovable.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4

I finally beat Persona 4 <.< I was at like 142 hours... but anyway. I did love this game, maybe not quite as much as P3 but still it was great. The characters were soooo much fun. I don't know who to say was my favorite since they were all so great. I don't know what scene I loved the most either: the campout, the Amagi Inn, Christmas with Yukiko, or the cake for Nanako the girls make. There probably were some I forgot too. Though I hated the twist with the first "final" boss. And I disliked the "bigger" twist with the final boss. It seemed... more stupid than a good surprise. But overall the story was pretty good. The idea of the TV world and what it represents was cool its just some things seemed either thrown together or not quite thought through. I also like how they brought in the final persona in the last bit. All the persona were fun in this one too however I'm sad Nekomata wasn't in it and a few more I noticed later. But I was amazed at Thor's makeover. He just looked so much cooler now than he did. As for the gameplay; I still loved it, but there were somethings I wish they had kept the same as P3. I did like how if you knocked an opponent down in 3 it took a turn for them to get back up, however the same applied to the characters which wasn't so good. So in one way that was good but I missed my cheap trick to leveling up as I did in the final dungeon of 3. Also, though it didn't bother me in 3, I do like having an option to full control my teammates. Overall I still loved this game. Thankfully the ending wasn't quite so mean as 3 too. I can't wait for a 5th one~! 9.0 out of 10.

Watchmen comic

I actually had planned on beating Persona 4 by now but never got to finishing it up. However I am in the final area, I just haven't felt like really playing it. Oh well anyway I did manage to finish Watchmen. I did love the comic too and kinda wish I could watch the movie again to compare it more accurately. From what I remember they are actually really similar excluding the ending. And I can't decide which ending I like more. Both seemed really good yet kinda extreme as they were meant to. For the most part I'd have to say that if you liked the movie you'd like the comic and vice-versa. They really are both well done. I think I also wanted to kill Doctor Manhattan more in the comic however. I would shoot a man if I'm talking about something depressing and his looking at the F'ing canyons and mountains. Also I liked the Tales of the Black Freighter. But I felt like I was reading House of Leaves again, trying not to get the main story and the side story confused. Also >.> does anyone read all those inserts between the chapters, I just couldnt stay interested in them. Well anyway it was a really, really good comic. 9.9 out of 10.

American McGee's Alice

My friend and I finally got to play American McGee's Alice. I adored the style and story but really the development wasn't too great. Mostly I think it was the lines that got me. I couldn't help but laugh when Alice is acting all brave and then she suddenly goes "Nooooooo!" for... no reason at all really. Then you have one character dying and after you fight the boss he's like "Thank you for avenging my death" ....um... you can't say that if you aren't dead yet... The characters were neatly designed though. There personalities were cool even though they didn't always have much of one. Really its a good game with a super idea but it just didn't develope it quite as well as it should have. 8 out of 10.

Hopefully it won't be too long from now before I have Persona 4 up. I'm at Dec 21 so I'm really close to the end. I keep pushing Watchmen off though...

Resident Evil 5

This is a tad late but I watched my friend play and beat Resident Evil 5. It was super but... <(T.T)> there was no Merchant!!! It's not the same without Merchant. But anyway the game play was great but from what I saw it seemed like sometimes the button sequences were kind of mean by suddenly changing when you couldn't see what was coming to know that it might. The story itself was good but it just didn't seem as well developed as the previous or something. Plus I had heard that one the RE web site on the wall "Sheva knew" was written yet nothing was ever said about that. For the most part it was a good game just part of me thinks maybe something was missing from it but that could just be me. 8.5 out of 10.

Watchmen movie and Rocky Balboa

I got to go see Watchmen last night. It was super awesome just... not a good 3 hour movie for 9:45. I was so sleepy after it. I haven't read the comic yet though it is sitting by me waiting to be read so a good thing is I can't compare it to the comic... yet. The opening scene was awesome; I just adore the stuns there as well as in the whole movie. The stuns were so well done and even though at times they seemed extreme it was in a good way. And the opening credits were so amusing to me as well. I think my favorite one was the flower and the gun. They did such a good job of making everything dramatic especially in those opening credits. Now on to the story: I didn't know really what it was about since, as I stated, I haven't read the comic yet. I understood the movie perfectly fine it was just the time jumps sometimes took me a while to figure out. Also Doctor Manhattan took me a little while to figure out what was up with him since they don't explain it for awhile. Speaking of Doctor Manhattan... I still can't decide if I want to hug him or shoot him with something. He would be so cool then just annoying. But I'd have to say that my favorite character was Rorschach. I loved most of his scenes even if he was a bit on the psychotic side. As for the villian, I adored how intellegent he actually was, though thanks to him I wanted to shoot Doctor Manhattan more. Really the only thing I have to complain about, however, is the music. They had an excellent choice of music in the movie. My complaint is only they tended to start the music too early causing it not to fit the scene at first. Of course then you have the sex scene (which was a little weird since I was with friends) and a song that keeps going hallelujah over and over. Really though, this was such a good movie, and though I know it is atleast a little different from the comic just flipping through the first few pages I can see how well the movie was based. I actually wouldnt mind going and seeing it again if it wasn't so long.

Also on... Sunday I watch the last Rocky movie. I suck at remembering actors but I could tell that they had many of the same actors in this one from the first two which made me extremely happy. I still adore this story even if I'm not a big fan of any kind of sport or the like. But I can't help but adore Rocky. I'm not really sure what else to say about it though. The story was well done and the characters still fun. Really it was just like the first two only um... with an older Stallone. So I really think fans of this series would really like this one too. 9 out of 10.

Brave Story

I finally finished Brave Story~! It really was a good story its just due to being so busy I hadn't had time to read and it was so long that I just got annoyed at it. The story was extremely well done though I would love to have hit Mitsuru and Wataru with something for their stupidity. I absolutely adore how it was all connected finally at the end. However it was annoying how it would introduce a character like they were important then they were never heard from again, oh but we do get a one sentence glimpse of them near the end. It is funny though comparing it to the manga based off of it. Though the manga has been so good by itself compared to this it really is crap... 9 out of 10.

Four more movies~

Over the weekend I actually watched 3 movies: The Orphanage, Paprika and Whispers of the Heart. And last weekend I went and saw Coraline.

Coraline seemed like it was going to be an awesome movie. Well it was good but not as good as I was hoping. The characters were interesting and fun however the real versions of them didn't seem to have much of a role at all. Though I must say I loved the cat. The story was also really interesting yet at the same time it seemed like it could have had more to it. Also I thought it was funny how to me it seemed more directed at children but I would have been terrified of it as a child. 8 out of 10.

The Orphanage was one I was interested in once I saw it was the guy who did Pan's Labyrinth. I wasn't disappointed at all with it. The horror element was great, maybe since it wasn't the cheap American scary. The story was also brilliant and though I had figured out quite a bit quickly I didn't figure out the.. bad of it. I just can't really think how to say how wonderful it was to me. The only thing was the ending; it was one of the first movies I've got teary-eyed at in quite awhile. It is a brilliant movie I think everyone should at least give a try. 9.9 out of 10.

Paprika looked interesting (ok the cover was pretty) and I kind of wanted to see it but I was paranoid due to Satoshi Kon had directed it and his Perfect Blue still disturbs me. But I got to watch this one and really enjoyed it. The character Paprika was just awesome and I loved the other characters too. The story was really interesting but it got confusing with dream, reality, dream, reality then dreality. It just got a little too confusing for my liking. But the ending (maybe slight spoiler)

with the child growing was awesome.

Also loved, though it was my first choice of pairing, the two that get together at the end. It was a good movie all in all though so I would recommend it just beware it could be confusing. 8.5 out of 10.

This last show I watch, Whisper of the Heart, was a really good one. It started really slow and slowly built up. Though it was never exciting it was a good movie. The characters were sweet though they were completely bright, I mean... why would you follow a cat for so long... But the story was interesting. The only complaint I have for this movie was it seemed like they were writing it then they saw they were at an hour and thirty minutes and went "oh time to stop." It just seemed to end without really ending. I really wanted to know more about the grandfather and the woman he loved. I did like the happy ending however. Also, they actually use the Country Road song in Japan!? 9 out of 10.

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

I finally finished another game. I actually adored Apollo though at first I was sad Phoenix wasn't the main character. In this one I was surprised because I didn't actually solve all the twist like I did in the last Phoenix game. Like the others I loved the characters thought the report was a little creepy. I still love the magatama and the new bracelet/preceiving thing too. Though that preceive thing sometimes got annoying, and the last one kinda freaked me out. The story in this one was as good as the previous games; I can't wait for the Edgeworth game to be released and I hope it'll come here. 9.5 out of 10.

Well now that one game is out of the way I can... finish something. I'm working on a picture (if like usual it won't be finished) plus I need to make flyers for out Tech Club we are making at school (why'd I get nominated for this again...) but um yea... <.< maybe I'll finish something.

Little Behind

Ok so due to work, school, relationships, work, and laziness I haven't really been keeping up with this. So here I am to do a little update!

Rocky I and II. I got to actually see the first two Rockys, and since I'm slightly lazy and it was about a week ago, I'm going to do a review of them together. They were both great movie just I just didn't expect to like due to not caring greatly for fighting movies. But since they revolve more around the fighters instead of the fights I really enjoyed the two movies. The characters were well developed and the story itself was really good too. It was funny and yet serious at times too which just made me enjoy it more. Everyone should probably at least give these movies a try. I will hopefully watch a few more of them later...if I ever have time. 9 out of 10.

Pan's Labyrinth. I have been wanting to see this one for awhile and finally got to. This one was kind of unusual. I liked how it had a war element as well as a fantasy one. The creatures were all so interesting and well done, though one of them just like... screamed Silent Hill to me. The characters were also well done, the girl was so cute and a fun character then the faun was creepy yet cute. Though the faun kinda confused me becuase I never knew if I should trust him or not. All-in-all it was a really good movie though due to the ending I can't decide if its a happy yet sad ending or a sad yet happy ending, those who have seen it may know what I'm talking about however I don't wish to ruin it for those who haven't. However I had to try to prevent myself from getting teary-eyed at the ending since I didn't want to seem pathetic and cry at the end. 9 out of 10.

Metal Gear Solid 4. Though it took us awhile to get through the ending due to school and work (bah!), we finally finished it. I adore the game though I do agree with others how this was more a movie than a game. However I am not complaining about the length of the cutscenes because I enjoyed them but I agree they were long. The gameplay was pretty good, what there was of it anyway, but I disliked the fighter where the screen was in half and you could barely watch Raiden's fight if you were the one playing the game. I did like how it appeared you could buy weapons whenever you wanted though. It was a good sequel for the series though the epilogue was a little "wtf?" it was a good ending. Fans of the series should check this one out. 9.5 out of 10.

I also finally actually watched the 2nd Death Note movie. It was good and I actually liked how the changed it from the book but maybe thats because I just adore L. The designs for the shinigami were good though I dislike how they seemed to make Rem a guy but that isn't too bad just annoying. The movie was good and I don't really have much to say about it. Its a good live-action movie for the fans of the series and... the L fangirls. Anyway twas a good movie. 9 out of 10.

Ok... I think that's everything though I feel I am forgetting something. Hopefully I won't forget about this place and return soon... but who knows with work.

Silent Hill: Homecoming & Fairy Cube

Silent Hill has always been a favorite series of mine so I was happy to finally get to play Homecoming. Its story was awesome, I enjoyed how twisted it was. The characters were pretty well developed though I slightly wish Elle would have been a little more interactive instead of "Look a value." Though I liked the game a lot it seemed like it was missing something. I remember always wandering around in Silent Hill for quite awhile in the previous games yet this one didn't seem to be like that. All in all there was much exploration it seemed. Even the "Boogeyman" was as interesting as he should have been. Though it was a great game it seemed like they either rushed to put it out there or took way to much out of it. I know that there was some things the had took out of it. One was a very interesting thing with Dr. Finch and a boy he was asking if he knew which photo was his mommy. Though I still loved the game it could have been better, but Silent Hill fans will probably still enjoy the new game to the series. 8.5 out of 10.

I also got the final volume of Fairy Cube. It was a cute series but sometimes hard to follow. I guess you could say you could tell what was going on but you couldn't really explain it. The characters were beautifully designed but sometimes it got confusing telling one character from another... but that could have just been me. This was quite a good short series but I wouldn't label it as a favorite. 8.5 out of 10.

Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations

Yay! I finally finished the Phoenix Wright series. I think this last one was my favorite I just loved Iris when I finally found out everything about her though now I don't know who my favorite couple is anymore. And Godot was fun too though sometimes I wanted to slap him... Plus playing as the other characters was fun too. The stories were to me the best so far. Still I would get annoyed at how I'd know how it was done but I wasn't sure how to prove it for awhile. Sometimes I just got it right with luck I think. Anyway its a great conclusion for the series! 9 out of 10.

Portal

One of the things I got for Christmas was the Orange Box. I love Portal. Though it was a little short it was so fun and entertaining. Plus who couldn't adore turrets that sounds so cute as well as GLaDos. It's a great game to play and sometimes quite challenging. But it did distract me from the many other games I should be playing... 9.5 out of 10.

Gah I've been so busy but I finally managed to beat one of my games. GrimGrimoire originally struck me as a game I wouldn't care for as much as the other Atlus games. Well turns out I was wrong. I ended up fallling in love with the fighting system though my favorite minions were too slow for my likeing *pouts*. The story was pretty good though a little tedious at times. The ending at first was on the "Oh really now?" side but it was good as well. Also I would really like not to have to survive 30 minutes to finish something because it takes 30 minutes to destroy all the ruins if you don't want to wait that long! At times it just seemed too slow. However, I loved the characters and absolutely adored Advocat. Yay for funny devils! Anyway people who are willing to try new things might actually like this one. 9 out of 10.

Braid

The other day I actually bought Braid off Xbox Live. Dear God I loved it!!! The puzzle were fun and though some of them I couldn't figure out it was awesome when I did. World 2 was my favorite but I was like a fangirl when I beat World 1. How they did it just simply amazes me. The music was also so pretty. and though it was a 2D game the visuals were so pretty. The story was really unusual and kind of confusing. But regardless I hope I can eventually get all the Speed Runs. 9.9 out of 10.

Phoenix Wright: Justice For All

ZOMG!!! I actually am submitting another post so soon.

Anyway I managed to beat the second Phoenix game. I loved it so much though the cases seemed more difficult than the last one. I'm still such an Edgeworth fangirl and now I adore Franziska as well. I loved all of Franziska's fool quotes. All the characters are still so much fun and it was great to see minor characters from the first one. I can't wait til I finally get to play the 3rd one! 9.5 out of 10.

Kite Runner & Quantum of Solace

I finally finished Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. I didn't really expect to like it but I really enjoyed this book. The main character Amir, was so intesting and I kind of felt sorry for him even if he was a pansy. He was just so well developed and so were the other characters. I eventually fell in love with all of them. Well.... no Assef but anyway. This was also one of the few books I almost cried in. This is a extremely good book and I can't wait to see the movie. 9 out of 10.

I also went and saw Quantum of Solace. It was pretty good but I like Casino Royale a little more. This one the fighting scenes were a little to fast pace and it seemed more like one black shadow fighting another black shadow. But I still love Bond and M to death as well as Daniel Craig's blue eyes. Part of me can't wait to see more of his films. The opening visual was better than Casino Royale but I didn't like the song quite as much. It also had the humor in it I liked from the last one too. Hopefully I'll be able to see the other 007 movies soon. 9 out of 10.

ZOMG! I finally finished another book! Curse school and work keeping me busy then me being to lazy when I finally get home. *sigh* Well anyway, I finished Bound by Flame and oh how I love this one. I'm kinda sad I didn't get to read the first one yet but the story is just wonderful. The characters are so fun and though it has certain scenes they more surround the story then for fun. I just adore Nick and Cynda though. Andy's great too and though I disliked her at first I ended up liking Mother from Ireland. But definitely a great book for fans of paranormal romance novels! 9.5 out of 10.

Wild Wild West

As sad as it is, I'd never seen this movie until today. I actually liked this movie. Maybe it's just I like Will Smith but it was a good movie. Well it would have been a lot better if I wasn't helping babysit a kid who kept wanting me to chase her. Anyway... I like all of the inventions in the movie and it was just so humorous. I just adore the opening bit with Jim West and the woman. Well sadly I can't think of much else to say about this film. 9 out of 10.

Phoenix Wright and The Dragon Earl

I managed to beat Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I enjoyed this game a whole lot more than I thought I would. It also made me proud because it seemed like a lot of times I actually managed to figure it out on my on. Sadly I did use a walkthrough a few times and died... 3 times I think though I'm not certain. This is definetly a good game for the DS. I only wish they had all of it like this 5th case is. Every story was well done and I now adore Edgeworth and Gumshoe. I'll hopefully be able to get school work out of the way and start the second one. Such a fun game for anyone who likes puzzles and CSI type things. 9.5 out of 10.

I also got to finish reading The Dragon Earl by Jade Lee finally. I was expecting this to be a lot better than what it was. Mostly I disliked the main girl, Evie. I'm sorry... it's just annoying: "Oh stupid English monk destroying my wedding. I have a fiance. Ooooo the monks pretty. I have a fiance. *kisses monk* I have a fiance. *does more with monk*" She was just sooooo annoying. Plus what happened to this revenge Jacob was so concerned with!!! The story itself was pretty good but the characters were just too annoying. It's not as good as Dragonborn was. 7 out of 10.

.hack//s and Digital Devil Saga

I've completed a few things since the other day. I got to read the final volume of .hack//xxxx. It was pretty good. Though I myself have never played the games, I know the story for them. I actaully enjoyed how they changed it though it was a little weird, but it was definitely a good change. This was an entertain yet short story and is a great read for fans of .hack. 9 out of 10.

I also got to read the last volume of .hack//G.U.+. That one started out good and well but but the last half of the final book it was just all "WTF???" It passed so quickly and seemed sort of random. I know the game is atleast a little different but I certainly hope it's better than the manga was. Though I adored the style, the story seemed a little rushed or something. 8 out of 10.

Finally tonight I managed to finish Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga. It had such an awesome story. The characters were all loveable though I felt like stabbing Heat with something most of the time. I also adore Sera's song. The gameplay was fun but the last area was more difficult since I have this thing in the SMT series of loving to only use the enemy's weakness. Therefore if they don't have one I run. The only thing that was slightly sad for me was how easy the final boss was. Maybe that was because I level quite a bit to fight a few of the optional bosses. Now I can't wait til I start the next one. 9 out of 10.

Addam's Family and Cherry Juice

I finally got to watch both of The Addams Family and The Addams Family Values. Though I could easily do them seperately I might as well do them as one. I had watched the series and such but never very much. Now I have an obsession with Wednesday. I loved Values with the summer camp though. All of the characters are so loveable. It's great to watch Tess and Gomez. They were so fun to see them dance. The series also such great (in a horrible sort of way) quotes. I love the line "My parents had sex." It's such a great comedy! 9.5 out of 10.

I also finished my series Cherry Juice. It was such a cute series like Instant Teen. But instead of ending weird or mean like Instant Teen. It... seemed to be a sudden ending. Kind of like the author realized she only wanted to do 4 volumes but planned to do more. Still if you've read Instant Teen and liked it you will probably like this one. 9 out of 10.

I'll probably update again in a day or two. Since Xeno finished both .hack//G.U.+ and .hack//XXXX. Then I might be able to add Phoenix Wright later too. Well I'm off to stare at the Cockatiel I got my mom.

Smokey and the Bandit

I finally watch (half really) Smokey and the Bandit and even though I didn't full pay attention I loved it. I love the deputy's son but I felt so sorry for him. Although it's a pretty old movie it is still an awesome movie. All the characters are so loveable except maybe the deputy but he's so annoying he's funny too. And I love Fred to death. I still want a basset hound and this just made me want one more. Oh and the car is pretty!!! Anyway... great movie for all really. 9.5 out of 10.

For English I had to read Cisco 3... God that book was stupid to me... Maybe it was because I had to read it but I just didn't like it. There were just 3 parts that kind of made me laugh and the rest was just "Gah, Houston is stupid." Plus all the little spelling errors were getting to me... Some people may really like this book (like my teacher) but I didn't. 5 out of 10.

Acheron and Pet Sematary

I finally got to read several books thanks to the power being out for about a week. The first one I managed to finish was Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon. God I loved that book. Part I was good at first but didn't hold my full attention (it was very similar to Phantom by Susan Kay) but as it progressed I started to feel the same was with Acheron as I did with Erik in Phantom. Acheron's past was tragic and I just felt so sorry for him. And Artemis... I would have loved to slap her. I like her lack of knowledge when it comes to saying one thing completely wrong but she's just so damn annoying. As for Apollymi, I love her to death... even if she is a bit on the psychotic side. Part II of the book is what truely one my heart. The love story there was so beautiful. Soteria is one of the most awesome (not stupid) female characters ever. I hope the next book in the series will be as good as this one was. 10 out of 10.

The other book I managed to read was Stephen King's Pet Sematary. Maybe it was because I had more romance novels and was wanting to read them more but this one just wasn't as good to me as the others. This one, however, freaked me out more than the others. Normally I just read and think "Thats creepy", but in this one I actually felt it. The story was good but at first it was borning. It seemed like something big was going to happen then nothing did. Then when Part II starts it through me off for a moment because I was expecting more detail of the death then was given. Pet Sematary is a good horror novel but to me it was one of the worse of Stephen Kings. 7.5 out of 10.

Due to lack of school from Hurricane Ike I managed to finish Dream Chaser. God I loved this book. The characters were just so wonderful. Xypher was annoying but not so much as to be an unlikable character. And Simone was so awesome too. There tragic past just helped the story so much. I was happy the characters from Devil May Cry were in it, that just made it even more happy for me. It is a great addition to the series and I can't wait to read Acheron and the previous books that were in the series. 9.9 out of 10.

Since I finally finished Artemis Fowl I was able to start my books I had ordered online a few weeks ago. The first on the list was Upon a Midnight Clear. I loved Devil May Cry so I wanted to read more. Though I liked this on it took longer to get interested in. It just seemed slower or something. But once I got into the story it was still a wonderful book. The characters were lovable and though they could be annoying it seemed to make them more likable. I hope I'll enjoy Dream Chaser more though. 9 out of 10.

IT (movie)

I adored the novel so much and happily finally found the DVD at Target a few days ago. I actually got to watch it last night and though I liked it to me it just wasn't near as good as the novel was. I understand that a lot of things had to be taken out in order for it to be just 3 hours but still it seemed like there were somethings that should have been kept. They took out how Mike saw it for the first time and I think they changed Richie's though I can't remember well enough to say for sure it was his. Plus they took out pretty much everything about Bev's husband which had a big role in the book. Also they just seemed to completely change the final battle with It. The battle was utterly pathetic compared to the book. And I wanted to see 'The Turtle'.... which they also omitted from the movie. I had heard they were wanting to remake this movie and though I slightly wanted them to before I do even more now. It is a great movie but compared to the book it is no where near the masterpiece it could have been. 7.5 out of 10.

Yes! I finished the last one there is so far!!!

*cough* Anyway. This one is definitely my second favorite of the series. Though Artemis seemed to lose some of his smarts in this one. There were plenty of lovely scenes with my favorite characters and I enjoyed how the paradox was added in. So far this and The Lost Colony are the best one in my opinion. Any one who likes the series and hasn't got this far needs to. 9.5 out of 10.

Thankfully now I just need to catch up with the books I actually own. <(@.@)> Curse work taking so much time... at least I get off at 5 now. I think the only reason I read as much as I did was because of the hurricane... I sure hope another one doesn't hit around here though...

Artemis Fowl: The Lost Colony - Eoin Colfer

Well since I evacuated for the hurricane (though I didn't want to...) and my aunt seems to have issues with the fact that I don't tend to watch TV, I sat and read most of the time. I managed to finish this one and almost the next one. Now on to the book:

At first this one was about at the same level as the previous ones, but about half way when (slight spoiler)

Artemis and Holly get to go to the demons world and meet Abbot.

All the stuff that happened at that point on was so awesome. I just loved how it was done. I would be more discriptive but that would have more spoiler like things. But omitting the details this one is now my favorite in the series though so far The Time Paradox getting close to it. It is a grand addition to the series. 9.5 out of 10.

Not completely sure how I did it but I finished the book last night right before laying down. This one was a little more annoying since they killed off a character I liked and didn't somehow bring that character back. Also the Council or whoever it was annoyed the heck out of me since they are like "ZOMG! Look DNA=ultimate proof! Video with obvious problems=hard evidence!" But aside from that it was another good book for the series. Artemis is still getting better and Mulch is getting more amusing. I can't wait to get further into the 5th book. 9 out of 10.

Well I'm pretty sure I'm working everyday for at least this week till 6 (close) but hopefully I'll get at least one day off. But if I don't have too much free time I can always just make posts about previous animes I've finished along with Stephen King novels. Maybe if I'm bored enough maybe even my games.

School was good but the username/password is driving me crazy. First I change it since I was told I could then in like 5 minutes it expires and tells me to make another one. Then it won't allow me to change it. When I go to Lamar's site to log in it says I have the right password just that it expired but when I tried to change it with Window it said it was earlier and... It's just annoying. *sigh* Well hopefully it'll get better tomorrow.

Fate/Stay Night

After about a year I finally finished this series. It was pretty good though they left a lot of details out that seem to be in the video game. They hinted at who Archer was but never explain how. Also they didn't completely explain what was up with a scene in Saber's past which was a little annoying. But the story itself is awesome. I would love to play the game but another part of me is kinda like "uh..." Regardless it is a great anime for the fans. Though like most anime it doesn't have the happiest ending. I mean it could be worse like everyone could have died but I wanted my couple together and they didn't end up together. Well, I'm use to that or my favorite characters dying so yea... 9 out of 10.

Also, though it's not like I update that often, I might not be able to update as much since I'm off to start college tomorrow plus I've got a job now too. But hopefully I'll still have some free time.

I've finished the 3rd book of Artemis Fowl finally. It was still a wonderful book. I've started to like it even more as it continues to move on. Though I was about to freak out when Butler decided to be stupid. Thankfully nothing too serious happened. I also loved the two stupid bodyguards, Pex and Chips. They were so stupid that they were great. I can't wait to see what mischief Artemis manages to cause the fairies in the next one! 9 out of 10.

'Love for Dessert' & 'Curse of the Golden Flower'

One of my friends allowed me to read the collection of short stories. All of the stories in it were pretty cute but at the same time some of them were so short it lost the quality it could've had. One of the stories it seemed to be so fast it was depressing. You just can't really have girl loves boy, finds out ex is single, sleep with ex, break up with boyfriend, change everything for ex, realize ex just played you, then go back out with the first... all in probably 30 pages. The stories were good but would have been so much better if there had been more too them. They had so much potential but not enough time to develope the way they could have. It's a good read for girls but it could have been better. 7.5 out of 10.

I also watch Curse of the Golden Flower on one of the Starz channels Xeno has. I loved how this movie was done. The costumes were so beautiful and extravagant. True sometimes the women needed a little more coverage but the outfits were still good. Though I missed about 5 minutes of it and I think I may have missed a little something, I loved how the story was. The only thing that makes my opinion on it lower is the stupid CG ninjas. They looked so freaking unrealistic that it was pathetic. Everything else was pretty much perfect to me. If they only had put a little more effort into the CGing it would have been so much better. All-in-all it is a good move for people who enjoy ancient Asian with warriors and ninjas. I would love to get this a better rating but alas I can't with the few problems. 8 out of 10.

Well I finished the second Artemis Fowl. I liked it a lot more than I did the first one. Butler is still awesome and Artemis got better. I loved him at the end talking to Holly. It's a great addition to the series and makes me want to continue the series more. Definitely a must read if you've started the series and liked it even if only a little. 9 out of 10.

Since I've finished all my books and the 5 I've ordered from Science Fiction Book Club haven't come in yet I've started Artemis Fowl. I enjoyed the first one and will soon be continuing the series thanks to Ms. Xeno allowing me to read them. This one was pretty good, though I would love to slap Artemis. Aside from the "I can do anything I want" personality, I love him. It's great to see all of his elaborate plans. It was quiet fun. I also adore Butler. Anyway great read for fantasy fans. I enjoyed it a lot more than Harry Potter but I don't care for it due to my friend overloading me on it. But Artemis Fowl is quite the fun book to read. 8.5 out of 10.

Edward Scissorhands

I finally got to see this movie and I liked it quite a bit. It had a few things that were a little weird but all-in-all I enjoyed it. The style of it was so unique and interesting. It was also weird knowing that Edward was Johnny Depp. I adored Edward but sadly I still prefer Jack Sparrow. The character for Edward was so wonderful. As I have a habit of, I wanted to hug him just because of his personality that made him so cute. I would love to be able to get the DVD and see any special features that would be on it. 8.5 out of 10.

Bag of Bones - Stephen King

I think I finished this Stephen King book in record time for myself. I adore this book and it's now one of my favorite books written by King. I love how he can have not only horror but romance and mystery as well. Though kind of like The Amber Spyglass it shot down some of my dreams as I say. This story was so wonderfully told that I can no longer decide which of the King books I've read so far is my favorite. I know my top favorite are now this, Lisey's Story, and The Green Mile. I can't wait to read more of his books. This is a must read for all Stephen King fans. Of course also due to this book I'm wanting to draw another picture but I'm already working on so many of my own projects. Alas, I don't know what else to say about this book except it is truely wonderful. 9.9 out of 10.

Full Metal Panic!

Watched Full Metal Panic! the past few days. It was so awesome. I had started watching it a long time ago but when the hurricane hit I missed the eps on Time Warner but now I've got to see them all. I just adore the main characters; Kaname and Sousuke are definitely one of my favorite anime couples. The story and the humor is great. All of the characters are so lovable too. I must see for all anime fans! 9.5 out of 10.

Due to lack of AC and not really feeling like doing much at home my family and I watch Over the Hedge. I normally still love kids' movies like this but I didn't really care for this one which was kind of surprising. It did have its funny parts but for the most part it was annoying. Kids may love if but I didn't really like it. This is one of the few movies I think is best just for kids. 6.5 out of 10.

Also, since I bought the Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa (Special Edition!) I figured I'd rate it since I watched it before. This was a great ending for the Anime version of the series. Though in one way I was sad how it ended I still enjoyed the movie all-in-all. It was a much better way to sum up the movie than the TV series did. The characters were wonderful and it was great to see old characters in it. I also love how Hitler was in it; that made me laugh. The music was also fun. The gypsy's song and dance was fun though it was a little wrong considering the reason. Great movie for FMA fans! 9 out of 10.

I got to watch Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE the Movie: Princess of the Birdcage Kingdom (the name is too freakin long!) It was pretty good but extremely short. It wasn't even an hour and felt like less than 30 minutes to me. Aside from the time though the movie was pretty good. I finally got to hear the English voices and though I don't like them 100% I like them more than others. It was fun to watch Fai and Kurogane fighting and I love the birds in it. Its a good story for the series. 9 out of 10.

I watched Stripes as well. I didn't like it very much... It was a little more stupid than funny to me. Like OtH I laugh at some spots but for the most of it I though it was stupid. Others may really like this movie but I just can't really say I do. 6 out of 10.

Though I plan to make a list of all my movies I have I'm going to go ahead and do 007: Casino Royale since I watched it again today. I know it may not be the best in the series but since I've only seen this one I loved it. I loved the action and the poker game. True I adore Daniel Craig's blue eyes so that helped me like the movie. I know I might not like it as much if or when I see the rest in this series but as of now I love it. 9.5 out of 10.

I went with Xeno and saw it today. All I have to say is I O.D. on the cuteness. I just love Wall-E to death. The movie was good but I was more focus on all the cuteness. I hate the fact that I even thought the roach was cute. The robots were all so wonderful and adorable. It's a great movie for kids and people like me who adore cute things. The story was a neat concept and in a way seem like something we would do. It was neat to see the futuristic things and such. 9 out of 10.

I got to watch Xeno play this one. All I have to say is its so freakin' great. I couldn't decide which characters I adore more. The whole game is just so funny and great. The graphics were good and so was the script. Its a must play for FPS fans. 9.5 out of 10.

Batman: The Dark Knight

After eating at Tokyo's I got to go see The Dark Knight. It was a wonderful action movie. The Joker ruled it too, Heath Ledger did a superb job on the part. I have now also come to love the "Why so serious?" quote too. There were so many funny part and so much action that is was great. I loved it but think I would have liked it more if it wasn't 11 p.m. when I got to see it. We didn't leave the theater til almost 2 a.m. I was ready to go to sleep. But definitely a great movie though I felt stupid for not catching on to who one of the characters turns out to be. 9 out of 10.

Tales of the Abyss

It took me 85:39:05 to beat it since I suffer slight OCD in games and want to try and get everything (yet I try not to use a walkthrough and tend to miss things). But I did manage to get 396/489 Skits. Now about the game. I love it. I actually didn't die anytime in the main story but died fight Nebilim 3 times... Anyway the story was great and so were the graphics and cut-scenes. The only thing is that at one point in time it looked like that got cheap with the snow like stuff... it looked 2d... I was happy with the ending though at the same time I was like "WTF. Where have you been?" But this is definitely a game RPG fans will love. It was fun and had so much to collect (which I love.) I hope that some day I will get a chance to borrow it again and get everything. 9 out of 10.

I've had a busy past 9 days at the beach. I watched a lot of movies, some that I'd seen before, and finished a book and anime series so here we go.

These Boots Were Made for Stomping - Julie Kenner, Jade Lee & Marianne Mancusi I adored all of the stories in this small book. Each one was unique and left me wanting more. It was sad that the stories had to be so short because they were all great. I definitely plan to get then next one in the series as soon as I get the money. 9 out of 10.

Thir13en Ghost This was a very interesting story though I don't like it as much as some. I got a kick out of Tony Shalhoub playing the main role and not being OCD. What I liked most about this movie was all the ghost. I just wish they had gone into more detail about each ghost in the movie. The Angry Princess was always my favorite for some reason, she just was so pretty even as a ghost. It's definitely a good movie for horror fans. 8.5 out of 10.

The Green Mile (Movie) I'm so happy I finally got to watch this movie. I adore the novel so much and the movie just as much. I was happy that they didn't take much out from the book, well, atleast of what I remember. This is one of the few movies I was near tears at the end. It's a great movie that everyone should see. 9.5 out of 10.

Jigoku Shoujo (Anime) Thankfully I finally finished one of the many anime series my friend and I have to watch. This is a great series that was fun to see who people wanted revenge on and why. It was kind of annoying because it didn't have a really, really interesting story itself until the end and Enma Ai's speeches got annoying to but it still was a great series. The characters were cool though, each of the main characters were so fun. I also would love to have Enma's kimono, it's so freaking awesome... anyway. I would think any anime fan would like this one if they like horror base kind of things. 9 out of 10.

The Bourne Identity I finally got to see this series and though I may not remember each one perfectly since I watched them all in a row, I'm still trying to do them individually. This one was really good. I loved the characters and story. Plus I adored the two love interests. 9 out of 10.

The Bourne Supremacy This one was my favorite of the three. The only thing I didn't like was the start since a character died that I was fond of. Other than that I adored all of the gadgets that Bourne had. I sat there wishing I had some of them... Anyway the story for this one was also super. 9.5 out of 10.

The Bourne Ultimatum As for this one, it was good and I liked how the ending of the 2nd was in this one. I still would love to know where all of Bourne's neat gadgets ran off to from the last one though. There was also a totally awesome quote from this one that I plan to write in my quote book I keep (ok so its a spiral notebook but I can still call it a book). Though I preferred the previous one this one was good as well and a great finish for the series. I just wish they would have explained more about Nicky. They made it seem like she was really important but never really sad anything else which annoyed me a little. Still if you start this series you should watch this one too. 9 out of 10.

Superbad This was not my kind of movie. At first I thought it was beyond stupid and dumb. I usually get annoyed if something seems to be all about stupid sex things like this starts off. As it went it got better and I eventually started to like it more. There were some parts that were so horrible they were funny and some things that were to stupid to be funny. But I would still say that people who love comedy should see this one, especially if they liked Napoleon Dynamite, which it slightly reminded me of. At least this one I was able to get interested in and finish. 8.5 out of 10.

Enchanted God I love this movie the first time I saw it and loved it more this second time. I really want to someday be able to buy this one for my collection. It was great to see something that was so much like classic Disney movies. Plus I would really, really like to get all of Giselle's dresses she made. I loved how they showed what would most probably happen if a cartoon character could come to the real world. Any fan of the classic Disney movies will probably adore this one. 10 out of 10.

Fearless I really didn't expect to like this one. I've just never really been into the Kung-Fu kind of things. but this one kept my interest and had me wanting to see more. I don't think I've ever seen a Jet Li movie but I loved this one. Maybe now I'll try to see more of them. But fans of Asian action movies will probably love this one. 9.5 out of 10.

Drillbit Taylor This was another movie I'd wanted to see but figured I wouldn't really care for it. Well, turned out this is one of my favorite comedy movies in awhile. It was just so fun and I adored the characters. Maybe it was partly because I love Owen Wilson but it was just so funny, though I still laugh at high school life in movies. I never saw a bullying like that in the halls and I really don't think any teachers had love interest with other teachers... well at least not that obvious if there was. But anyway, great comedy, must see movie. 9.5 out of 10.

Woo! I finally finished. If the DVD player hadn't acted up and I could have got interested in it I would have another one on here but, sadly, I just could sit and watch American Gangster. It just wasn't my kind of movie at all. Anyway I'm off now to finish up other things.

Yay I not only finished a book today but will hopefully be getting my computer redone so it'll go faster again!

Anyway, I finished reading Devil May Cry by Sherrilyn Kenyon. It was a wonderful, awesome book that had too many quotes to write down (I keep a quote spiral for those who don't know). The characters were wonderful and it was great to recognize some of the gods and goddesses. I'm happy I got curious about it since its title shares the title of one of my favorite game series. Its a must read for those who love comedy romance. I hope I'll get to read the rest of this wonderful series soon! 9.5 out of 10.

Wow it's been awhile since I finished something and posted here... I've just been too busy with too many thing. But anyway I beat Odin Sphere last.....this morning. It was an awesome game. Sometimes it'd get annoying because I had issued with being a good level but it was wonderful none-the-less. Though it is 2D I love the style completely; it's just so bright and colorful. I also loved all the characters to death... except Mercedes but sometimes I liked her too. story was great too. It was cheesy a lot of times but what can I say... I'm a sucker for that. I will hopefully get all the scenes in a few days but with me... who knows. 9.5 out of 10.

I finally finished the first of the set of comics. It was very interesting though now I now what happens in the series. But hopefully I'll have gotten further in the series when they bring the next comic book set to hard cover like this one. The story is still wonderful and I just love it in comic book form. It's great to get to see all the characters. I can't wait until I get further in the series. 9 out of 10.

I finally beat The Answer in Persona 3: FES. I was so worried with the ending for a little while but it ended great and makes me love it all the more. I still love the style beyond belief. It's just so neat how they designed it. Though at times the fighting could get annoying if the characters didn't feel like doing what you wanted for the most part they did what I wanted them to. Hopefully I'll eventually get to play The Journey to try to beat it again and get all the Persona this time through since there's all the new ones I didn't get to get in the original. I will definitely be waiting for Persona 4 to get here! 9.5 out of 10.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater

Last night I got to see the end off MGS3. That was the coolest game ever in my opinion. I just adored how you could capture and eat different animals and plants to eat. The fact that you could treat your wounds like a person probably would in the wild was also neat. And lastly, I loved the camouflage system. I just had an overload with the design. The only thing that I wasn't as fond of was the mine detector. Aside from the style the story was the best of the MGS series so far to me. Plus I loved all the Secret Theater clips that Konami put together. It is definitely a most for any person who loves action shooter type games. 9.5 out of 10.

How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire & Phantom

I finished How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks a little while ago. I loved it like I did the others but it was weird because I had read the other ones first (3rd, 2nd, 4th, 1st) so I wasn't use to the personalities of Roman and Shanna. I loved it nonetheless though. It's tempting now to read the other ones again... in the correct order this time though... 9.5 out of 10.

Also... I was looking at my shelf and noticed the sleeve for Phantom by Susan Kay I realized I had forgot about it. I don't know how exactly, I can blame Brittany since she has it but still as much as I obsessed over it you'd think I'd remembered it. Anyway, that was a wonderful book that I adored beyond belief. It was a wonderful prequel and alternate retelling of The Phantom of the Opera. A must read for any PotO fan if you ask me. I know after reading it I wanted to hug Erik for his poor miserable life more than before. 9.5 out of 10.

Woo! I finally got the last volume in Judas so I've finished the series. It was really good and had a happy yet depressing ending. The only thing I didn't like about the series was how it was so fast pace that it was sometimes hard to follow. But it still had a wonderful story line and lots of fun humor. I can't help but love it. 9 out of 10.

Juno & I Am Legend

I finally got to see Juno Friday night while we were in Austin. It was a pretty good movie. I liked that it was funny yet serious. I was kind of hoping for a different ending but liked it all the same. 8.5 out of 10.

I Am Legend was also a really good movie. I wish I had watched it somewhere besides on a charter bus though. The story was wonderful and sad. My mom made me think I'd be crying in it but it wasn't quiet that bad for me. It was also pretty short of a movie. Regardless it was a wonderful tale with not a happy ending but a good one nonetheless. 9 out of 10.

DN Movie and Eclipse and a forgotten item

Woo! I finally finished Eclipse yesterday and loved it was much as I did the others. I could easily have hugged Bella, Edward, Jacob, slap Jacob, hug Alice, Japser, briefly Rosalie, then maybe Jacob. All the characters are so great and I love them all. I can't wait for the next one. Hopefully by then I will actually own them all and not have to borrow them. 9.5 out of 10.

Also yesterday I got to see Death Note since for once it was near by at Tinseltown. Considering it was a dub and that they usually seem to do horrible this one was pretty good, I mean yes... it was still badly dubbed but not horribly. I just wish they would have translated the kana and kanji. The movie itself was great too. Some of the things I liked how they changed and others I didn't care for much. 8.5 out of 10.

Lastly... I forgot one of my books. House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. This book was so freakin' awesome. Sometimes I'd have slight trouble following it but the style was just to amazing. Everyone should try to read it some point in time. My favorite part since it won't spoil any thing is a part where doors are closing and the set up for it was something like: And the doors closed one *turn page* after another *turn page* after another *turn page* after another. There were pages with the text going every which way and pages with like one word on them. It was just so unusual and cool. 9.5 out of 10.

Novels I've Read In the Past

Since I'm trying not to finish Eclipse too fast I'm going to do this. I'll make a Stephen King one for itself since I have quiet a few that I've read and later I might do one on some of the movie, games, and manga series that I've finished or at least have stopped coming out. This is all for now.

{catalyst - Laurie Halse Anderson It was a pretty good book that I didn't really get interested in until about half-way through it. At first it was one of those books where you sit there thinking "How stupid can someone be?" but then it turns so tragic... it was one of the few books I was close to tears reading. 8.5 out of 10.

Prom - Laurie Halse Anderson It was kinda good but it just wasn't really my type of book. It had a pretty good story but just never caught my interest enough to not want to put it down. 7 out of 10.

Slightly Series (Slightly Married, Slightly Wicked) - Mary Balogh I really need to continue reading this series... probably won't for awhile though. It was another great series that wasn't a paranormal romance. Both of the ones I read were very entertaining with a wonderful romance story to them. 9 out of 10.

Book of the Banned and the Banished (Wit'ch Fire, Wit'ch Storm, Wit'ch War, Wit'ch Gate, Wit'ch Star) - James Clemens Its been so long since I read this that I almost forgot about it. This was a awesome story and view of a wit'ch. It had such unusual spellings for so many names that I just adore to read them. It was a long story and seemed to like getting you really, really interested in one group then it would change on you. I'd get mad for awhile and not read it but when I'd finally picked it up again I'd get attach to them and... well repeat several more times. Great book none the less though. 9 out of 10.

My Immortal Protector - Jen Holling Dear god I loved this book. Its and Love at Stake are both so wonderful... I just can't wait till I can get the next one. The witches are cool and the vampire seems to cool though not much has been told yet about her. 9.5 out of 10.

Christmas Letters - Debbie Macomber I read this around Christmas so it was perfect for the time. It was sweet and humorous, great for romance lovers. Both the stories in it were very heart warming and great for Christmas time. 9 out of 10.

Moongazer - Marianne Mancusi It was a great and wonderful future romance. It's also one of the few romance I've read that didn't have to do with creatures like vampires or werewolves. It was a good book with great twists in it. A wonderful book that doesn't have a sequel. 9 out of 10.

The Sevenwaters Trilogy (Daughter of the Forest, Son of the Shadows, Child of the Prophecy) - Juliet Marillier A wonderful series that I adored. I disliked at the beginning how each book was about different characters but shortly after I loved the new characters as well. A wonderful romance series. 9 out of 10.

Twilight & New Moon - Stephenie Meyer The first vampire romance I fell in love with... I think... if not it was one of them. Such a sweet story that is so wonderful and kind of quick to read, well at least for me it was. 9.5 out of 10.

Blood Calls - Caridad Piñeiro I never got to get anymore in this series but it was pretty good for the one I read. I believe this was one of my first to vampire romance books I bought and it served its purpose of keeping me entertain and busy. 8 out of 10

His Dark Materials (The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, & The Amber Spyglass) - Philip Pullman I loved this series though I dislike the last half of the third book since they built me dreams that shot them, stabbed them, and slaughtered them beyond belief. But none the less a great series everyone should read. 8.5 out of 10.

Dark Prince - Eve Silver I think this is the only book I own, if not then one of the few, that has no paranormal events in it. It was a wonderful story that made me think of my friend and mine's story. It was sweet and had you trying decide who was in the right and who was in the wrong. 9.5 out of 10.

Love at Stake (Vamps and the City, Be Still My Vampire Heart, The Undead Next Door) - Kerrelyn Sparks Though I have yet to get the first one, How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire, This is probably my favorite vampire romance I have read yet. Mostly because I don't think you can beat a Scottish vampire who wears a kilt and every time he teleports he has to make sure all of him is there. A complete must for any vampire lover. 9.5 out of 10.

Blood Moon & The Brotherhood - Dawn Thompson Another cool romance series. It has a neat plot and awesome vampires that can change into animals kinda like werewolves. Though I still have yet to get the third one I can't wait til I can. The only thing that slightly bothered me was one of the characters in the second one... I wanted to hit her with something... All in all great series though. 8.5 out of 10.

Midnighters (The Secret Hour, Touching Darkness, Blue Noon - Scott Westerfeld This series was very entertaining... until the end. It was fun and had you trying to guess until the end... but then... there was the end... But hey it could have been worse... I think. Regardless though its a most read. If anyone has played Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 they will most probably think of it when reading it. 8.5 out of 10

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty

Well, Stephanie finished MGS2 this morning. Twas and interesting game though I have a slight ADD when the cut-scenes were super long. But the game had an awesome story that sometimes through me off a little at the end. It was definitely a great game. 9 out of 10.

Finished The Dark Tower: The Drawing of The Three Friday. It was really, really good and reminded me quiet a bit of The Subtle Knife by Philip Pullman. It was better than The Gunslinger and I hope I'll soon be able to continue it since sadly... <(V.V)> I don't have anymore of them yet... 9 out of 10.

Iron Man

Got to see Iron Man. It was pretty good but I liked Speed Racer more <(<.<)> . It was worth seeing though. Sadly I didn't really get interested in it until He got his red and gold Iron Man suit. 8.5 out of 10

Speed Racer

Went and saw Speed Racer yesterday. It was farking AWESOME!!! I adored it beyond belief. They actually kept some of the anime element in it too. It was just so cool! The only thing was sometimes there was so much color it was a little hard to concentrate on what was going on. But regardless I give it 9.5 out of 10!

I must say I did like this book, except it was a little too confusing at times and hard to figure out exactly who was who. It took forever before Roland's name was actually stated. But regardless I still can't wait to continue the story. 7 out of 10.

Finished book and watched game.

I finished read Dragonborn. It was very good. I loved the style of writing though it took a little while to really get interested into the book. The characters personalities were entertaining though I wished to learn more about both the characters past as well as there future. The dragon fight was interesting as well. Great read of anyone who love romance novels with some humor in it. 8.5 out of 10.

I also watched Xenogirl beat Metal Gear Solid. The story was cool and the plot twist at the end was awesome. The graphics where the only thing that really irritated me. I also love how the good ending was. Any one who is a fan of action games like that should try it. 7 out of 10.
